Welcome to the Flotilla 18-7, District 5NR Web Site

Welcome Aboard !

Established by Congress in 1939, the United Coast Guard Auxiliary is the civilian volunteer arm of the United States Coast Guard.  We are 30,000 volunteer men and women who donate our time and expertise to support the Coast Guard and improve boating safety.

Flotilla 18-07 is a member of Division 18, 5th Northern District.  Our home is Seabrook, NJ.  We focus on boating safety in the form of education and vessel safety inspections.

  • Education is primarily focused upon teaching the necessary skills for a boater to receive a NJ Official Boating Safety Card.  Students who pass our About Boating Safety class will receive this certification from the State of New Jersey.
  • Vessel Safety Inspection is focused upon ensuring that your boat and its skipper have the necessary equipment for a vessel of that size and the knowledge on how to use that equipment. A USCG Auxiliary Vessel Safety Sticker is awarded a successful inspection.
